Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across the full range of Hermès product categories, proactively identifying sales opportunities and proposing complementary items.
- Develop and maintain a personal client file, nurture long-term relationships and contribute to client acquisition at both national and international levels.
- Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve sales targets, optimise conversion and support cross-department selling.
- Curate memorable in-store experiences for clients, coordinating with external relations when appropriate and ensuring all client requests are resolved promptly.
- Act as an ambassador for the maison by communicating Hermès’ values and highlighting the artisanship behind products.
- Participate in store operations including inventory, merchandising changes, stock maintenance and upkeep of department presentation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holder of a Bac+3 (Bachelor-level) in business, commerce or equivalent (e.g., business school student).
- Minimum one year of customer-facing sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
- Fluent command of English, written and spoken.
- Demonstrated passion for client service, strong interpersonal flair and a generous, consultative sales approach.
- Professional humility, reliability and the ability to operate across an extended selling area.
- Comfortable and agile with digital tools and contemporary digital communication channels.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing sales experience; experience within luxury retail or premium brands is preferred.
Education
Bac+3 (Bachelor-level) in business/commerce or current enrolment in a business school program.
