Hermès Sales Advisor, Footwear | Paris Faubourg Saint-Honoré | Full-time luxury retail role selling premium shoes and building exclusive clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales of footwear collections through consultative selling and proactive client identification of purchasing opportunities
- Ensure exceptional in-store customer experience and well-being, proposing memorable and distinctive experiences in partnership with external relations leadership
- Identify customer needs, source requested information, and resolve inquiries so clients experience no delays or uncertainty
- Represent and communicate Hermès values and heritage to clients and new team members
- Recruit and retain domestic and international clientele autonomously; build and maintain personal client database and relationship continuity
- Highlight the craftsmanship and artisanal heritage of Hermès products and makers
- Participate in inventory audits, merchandising changes, stock management, and departmental/store presentation and organization
- Collaborate across the full store team to achieve collective sales objectives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for client service and results-oriented approach in previous retail or luxury sales experiences
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Digital agility with modern communication tools and e-commerce platforms
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities
- Physical capability to work across an extended retail floor
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in luxury retail sales or high-end client-facing environments with demonstrated success in customer acquisition, relationship building, and sales performance.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium sales environments preferred.
