Hermès Paris seeks motivated apprentice sales advisor for one-year professional development program at iconic Faubourg Saint-Honoré boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master the art of expertly proposing pieces within assigned product categories while maintaining deep product knowledge
- Collaborate seamlessly with the entire store team to drive sales revenue and achieve collective targets
- Maintain constant client awareness and proactively identify sales opportunities through attentive floor presence
- Ensure exceptional client comfort and well-being within the store environment
- Deliver relevant information and solutions to client inquiries, ensuring clients are never left waiting
- Embody and transmit the House's values and heritage to both clients and newly hired colleagues
- Actively recruit and cultivate a loyal national and international clientele
- Independently build and maintain a personal client portfolio with meticulous follow-up
- Authentically showcase and valorize the craftsmanship and artisanal expertise behind the products
Qualifications
- High school diploma plus two years of specialized post-secondary education completed (commerce and sales, hospitality and food service, art history, modern languages, fashion, aesthetics, or related fields)
- First-hand experience in client-facing roles preferred
- Excellent spoken communication skills and eloquence
- Dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor
- Strong interpersonal abilities and genuine rapport-building skills
- Availability, rigor, and demonstrated service mindset
- Team-oriented mentality with flexibility and adaptability
