Hermès seeks a seasonal Sales Advisor for its Aix-en-Provence boutique, December 2026. Fixed-term luxury retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively propose and sell products across all Hermès departments, demonstrating product expertise and cross-category knowledge
- Collaborate with the broader team to grow sales and identify client opportunities while maintaining constant engagement on the sales floor
- Ensure client well-being and comfort in-store, delivering memorable and personalized experiences in partnership with external relations leadership
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently and provide information proactively to ensure customers are never left waiting
- Embody Hermès values and heritage, conveying the maison's philosophy to both clients and new team members
- Build and maintain an autonomous client portfolio, nurturing relationships with both domestic and international clientele

Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for client service and results-driven retail experience
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to support luxury product categories

- Expertise in ready-to-wear, jewelry, horology, or related luxury categories
- Experience in visual merchandising or merchandising coordination
