Hermès Aix-en-Provence is hiring a Sales Advisor on a fixed-term contract to deliver luxury retail excellence and personalized client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales across all Hermès product categories and departments while acting as a proactive sales team member to increase store revenue
- Deliver personalized, memorable customer experiences in-store by identifying client needs and proposing curated product selections
- Build and independently manage a personal client portfolio, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship cultivation across both domestic and international clientele
- Represent Hermès brand values authentically to clients and colleagues, communicating the heritage and craftsmanship of the maisons represented
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising updates, stock organization, and departmental upkeep
- Collaborate with the external relations manager to create distinctive and surprising in-store experiences that exceed client expectations
- Possess expertise in high-value product categories including ready-to-wear, jewelry, and horology to support the sale of prestige items
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in luxury or premium brands
- Demonstrated expertise in apparel, jewelry, horology, or comparable high-value categories
- Proven ability to build and retain a substantial personal client base
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Strong visual merchandising knowledge and experience
- Proficiency with digital tools and contemporary communication channels
