Hermès Sellier — Sales Advisor (CDD) in Aix-en-Provence. Fixed-term role delivering luxury client experiences across all Hermès product categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalised client service across all Hermès product categories (leather, ready-to-wear, jewellery, watches, beauty, home), proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities.
- Build and manage an autonomous client file; recruit, retain and cultivate national and international clientele through consistent clienteling and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with store colleagues to achieve commercial objectives and contribute to overall store turnover; propose cross-category solutions.
- Ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience, resolving enquiries and sourcing information so clients are never left waiting.
- Participate in store operations including inventory, stock management, merchandising changes and maintaining presentation standards.
- Act as an ambassador for Hermès by communicating Maison values, showcasing artisanship, and supporting the onboarding of new colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, leather goods, horology or jewellery.
- Proven commercial aptitude with a track record in high-value sales and client acquisition.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrable experience or interest in visual merchandising and elevated customer experience design.
- Comfortable using digital communication tools and retail technologies; able to maintain and follow up a client database autonomously.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector (ready-to-wear, leather goods, jewellery or watches) with demonstrated success in client acquisition and high-value transactions.
Education
No formal degree required; vocational training in retail, luxury goods, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
