Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to a predominantly international clientele; ensure comfort and create memorable, surprising in‑store experiences.
- Act as a polyvalent seller: proactively identify sales opportunities across accessories and other departments, promote cross‑selling and drive store revenue.
- Develop and maintain a proprietary client file independently; recruit, retain and cultivate long‑term relationships with national and international customers.
- Represent and transmit the Maison’s values and artisan story to clients and new colleagues; valorise the work of artisans within client interactions.
- Contribute to daily store operations: participate in inventories, merchandising changes, stock organisation and upkeep of the department.
- Collaborate with store teams and external relations when relevant to optimise client opportunities and special requests; research and resolve client enquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably within luxury accessories or fashion.
- Impeccable client focus with a proven culture of service and results.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Confident, energetic and audacious temperament with strong interpersonal presence and humility.
- Digital agility and comfort using contemporary communication channels.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands‑on retail experience, ideally in a luxury environment serving international clientele and selling accessories or fashion items.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent). Formal retail, hospitality or luxury sector training is an asset.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
