Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product launch planning with commercial and supply chain teams; construct, validate, and optimize delivery schedules including quantities and timelines; distribute critical information to internal stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product availability and delivery timeline inquiries; monitor orders and mitigate stockout and delay risks; resolve customer requests, complaints, and adjustments while maintaining service excellence; maintain proactive and reliable client communication
- Monitor and analyze service performance indicators including service rates, timeline adherence, and schedule reliability; produce regular reporting and develop corrective action plans in response to performance gaps

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Commerce, Business Management, Client Relations, or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5 years in a similar sales administration, order management, or B2B/B2C client-facing role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and ERP systems such as M3
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational discipline, autonomy, and priority management
