Hermès Supply Chain IT internship: 6-month ESG tools support role in Pantin (March 2027). Final-year students in IT or RSE welcome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for ESG tools by formalizing procedures, managing access, conducting tests, and responding to user inquiries
- Track and qualify technical tickets, managing anomalies and coordinating vendor communications to facilitate issue resolution
- Contribute to the analysis of ESG tool architecture, document internal processes, and identify opportunities for tool evolution and system integration
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of an engineering, business, or university programme with specialization in IT, information systems, or RSE
- Understanding of life cycle assessment (LCA) principles and carbon accounting (Bilan Carbone) methodologies
- Rigorous, organized approach with strong analytical and written communication skills
- Interest in data modelling and relational database concepts
