Hermès internship in Paris: RSE Project Assistant supporting luxury fashion sustainability strategy and ESG data management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the management and monitoring of ESG risk and performance across the supply chain through development and maintenance of analytical tools and Power BI dashboards
- Structure and enrich the mapping of supply chains and understanding of partner ESG practices using group data collection tools (production certificates, audit reports, RSE questionnaires)
- Contribute to improving data management, quality, and exploitation to calculate and track partner risk and performance indicators effectively
- Develop, evolve, and maintain existing and new Power BI reports covering compliance, traceability, and circularity issues across the RSE team
- Formalize associated documentation including process guides and training materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification with specialization in data management, analytics, or sustainability
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential
- Strong appetite for information systems and process implementation
- Beginner-level experience or active interest in ESG or fashion industry contexts

Beginners accepted; prior exposure to ESG, sustainability, or fashion industry is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification, preferably with specialization in data management or sustainability.
