Hermès Services Groupe, Pantin: 12-month HSE and Risk Management Assistant internship starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise on technical maintenance and safety protocols during major projects and operational work, including fire-safety and HSE considerations
- Verify regulatory compliance of fire-safety installations and equipment in accordance with establishment classifications and local organizational requirements
- Develop and maintain reference documentation supporting fire-safety and HSE personnel across operations
- Counsel technical and operational maintenance leaders in preparing for safety commission meetings, regulatory inspections by DRIEAT, insurance audits, and Direction des Audits et des Risques assessments
- Conduct regulatory surveillance of fire-safety infrastructure to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving standards
- Participate in immersion weeks within security, safety, and HSE operational units to develop comprehensive expertise in operational risk management
Qualifications
- Background in HSE or occupational safety with formal training or certification
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme in operational risk management, fire safety, or HSE disciplines
- Demonstrated aptitude for advisory and facilitation roles in complex, regulated environments
- Ideally, prior project experience in HSE, fire safety, regulatory tracking (including safety register documentation), and ICPE/ERP fire-safety compliance

Education
First-level training in HSE or occupational safety; currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme in operational risk management, safety-HSE, or related discipline.
