Hermès Las Vegas seeks Seasonal Sales Support Associate for peak holiday period (Nov-Dec). $20–$22/hour, temporary position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service in accordance with Hermès service standards, including greeting clients promptly, offering assistance, and providing expert wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team by hanging merchandise, retrieving stock, returning items to the selling floor, and maintaining an organized stockroom
- Organize and prioritize workstations and selling floor inventory to maximize sales operations, ensuring all items (bags, boxes, ribbons, stationery, packaging materials) remain adequately stocked and properly displayed
- Provide support to client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter functions as needed
- Manage after-sales administrative tasks including logging repairs, contacting clients regarding service status, and maintaining active client records
- Answer incoming calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Complete all additional duties assigned by store supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with demonstrated ability to provide consistently high-quality interactions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle challenging situations with grace, composure, and compassion
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Regular in-person presence at the boutique location
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail, boutique, or customer service experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
