Retail Supply Planner role at Hermès Turkey in Istanbul. Manage inventory, coordinate replenishment, and optimize supply chain operations across retail stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stock monitoring throughout the product lifecycle, including planning, monitoring, and optimizing deliveries in coordination with Customer Service
- Update and communicate cross-functional delivery calendars for Retail Merchandisers, Retail Operations, Central Supply, and Stores
- Create central and in-store performance and stock reporting segmented by métier for stakeholders
- Suggest and implement stock corrective actions including retention strategies, reordering needs, and rebalancing
- Define and update deported and cross-dock stock processes with Retail Operations and warehouse teams, establishing min-max store levels and replenishment frequency
- Coordinate day-to-day replenishment activities across all counterparts, maintaining visibility on upcoming deliveries and stock situations
- Share regular stock updates with Retail Merchandisers, communicate warehouse challenges, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandisers on PSI catalogues and minimum/maximum stock level definitions
- Generate reporting and forecasting on PSI and assortment SKUs for métiers, Europe, and Retail Merchandisers
- Support Demand-based forecasting with Retail Merchandisers for bulk stock procurement
- Define central and in-store stock target levels for bulk-managed products in close collaboration with warehouse and retail teams
- Participate actively in Group projects aimed at strengthening supply chain efficiency, including SAP Retail implementations
- Contribute to Europe and Middle East Retail Planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in retail supply, product allocation, or retail merchandising
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups, index match, and pivot tables
- Proficiency with IT systems, particularly SAP and CEGID
- Strong analytical, structured, and organized approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex data sets from multiple sources
- Experience coordinating projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented and action-focused mindset
- Fluent in English and Turkish; French is advantageous

Education
