Retail Supply Planner position in Thailand managing inventory coordination and stock replenishment across retail stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact point between merchandisers, stores, and warehouse for inventory, stock movement, and product availability matters
- Manage day-to-day operational coordination to ensure smooth communication and timely issue resolution across all stakeholders
- Provide relevant sales and stock performance analysis across assigned product categories (Métiers)
- Monitor stock aging and optimize stockturn by identifying slow sellers and recommending corrective actions
- Manage phased-out stock with retail stores
- Calculate and monitor monthly stock positions to maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding both stock-outs and overstock situations
- Define minimum and maximum quantities for daily product replenishment from the local distribution center to stores
- Monitor the daily replenishment process from the local distribution center to four retail locations in Thailand
- Create purchase orders for assigned product categories
- Prepare reports as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
