Hermes Middle East (Mall of the Emirates, Dubai) seeks a Retail Store Planner to manage stock, replenishment and in‑store planning.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage in-store stock quality and month‑coverage to ensure the right product is available at the right time to maximise sales.
- Analyse sales at SKU, model and category levels; define and monitor KPIs (MOS, sell-through, stock ageing) and translate insights into replenishment actions.
- Define, implement and review min/max settings in CEGID/COCKPIT and maintain the store replenishment strategy in collaboration with floor managers.
- Coordinate weekly alignment meetings with the sales floor/Store Director to align product offer, priorities and promotional tactics.
- Proactively identify slow‑moving items, flag shortages, propose alternatives and drive stock rebalancing with LDC, local logistics and RM/Planning teams.
- Monitor in-store storage capacity and organise front/back/remote stockrooms to optimise rotation and avoid stockroom saturation.
- Anticipate seasonal peaks, events and product launches to adapt product calls and support phase‑out processes with Merchandising.
- Prepare and share regular KPI reports and recommendations with store management and HQ Planning; ensure strong cross‑functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail back‑office, store planning or supply chain roles (retail environment preferred).
- Solid knowledge of supply‑chain fundamentals, demand forecasting methodologies and inventory management principles.
- Demonstrable experience implementing and tracking KPIs such as MOS, sell‑through and stock ageing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence store teams and liaise with corporate stakeholders.
- High degree of organisation, rigor and reliability; proactive and service‑oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail back office, store planning, inventory management or supply‑chain roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
