Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the accurate display of merchandise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in retail software and inventory management systems.

Experience
