Hermès Benelux Nordics seeks a Retail Sales Planner in Brussels — responsible for sales forecasting, OTB, stock planning and retail reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting by métier and store; identify risks and opportunities to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Design and maintain sales performance dashboards and ad-hoc reports to support Retail Merchandising and Finance decision-making.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to extract actionable insights that improve sales performance and inventory efficiency.
  • Participate in the Open-to-Buy (OTB) process (quarterly), updating rolling stock equations and recommending buying and reorder levels per métier and store.
  • Define yearly sales budgets and best estimates by product category in collaboration with the Retail Planning Manager and Finance (three cycles per year).
  • Forecast stock landings, anticipate deliveries, and monitor leather invoicing to safeguard margin and target achievement.
  • Identify and anticipate reorder and transfer requirements (in/out) based on store performance; forecast depreciated stock and propose remediation actions.
  • Monitor performance against budget and estimate hypotheses, propose corrective actions to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of professional experience in Finance (business controlling) or Sales Planning.
  • Master’s degree in business management, finance, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proven accuracy, intellectual curiosity, analytical depth and reliability under peak activity.
  • Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills; ability to present findings to commercial and finance stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with capacity to propose practical solutions and contribute proactively to planning processes.

Experience
