Hermès Sellier seeks a Retail Sales Intern in Strasbourg for a 3‑month sales internship (June–August).

Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with availability and polished hospitality appropriate to the Hermès boutique environment
- Develop active listening and structured questioning to identify client needs and tailor advice
- Communicate the heritage and spirit of Hermès creations to convey product value
- Drive sales through consultative recommendations and by proposing complementary products
- Support the sales process through to transaction completion in collaboration with the team
- Contribute to daily boutique operations and provide general support to colleagues
- Adapt to a multicultural clientele and learn the brand’s service standards and merchandising principles
Qualifications
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in sales and a demonstrable taste for challenge
- Fluent spoken English (Anglais courant indispensable)
- Open to beginners; no prior professional experience required
- Available for a 3‑month internship (June–August); enrollment in a higher-education program preferred

Enrolled in a university-level program (Bachelor or Master) in commerce, fashion, luxury retail, or a related field preferred.
