Role & Responsibilities
- Support the retail team in day-to-day sales activities, including greeting clients, product demonstrations and personalised consultations.
- Assist with clienteling: capture contact details, schedule follow-up appointments and support loyalty programme enrolment.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and process transactions, exchanges and returns according to store policy.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards: replenish stock, execute displays and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Receive and unpack deliveries, perform stock counts, tag merchandise and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Support promotional events, product launches and in-store activations, including set-up and client flow management.
- Attend brand training sessions and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to advise clients effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming store environment and assist with basic loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, tertiary education (business, marketing, fashion, cosmetology or related field preferred).
- Professional demeanour with a genuine interest in luxury beauty and skincare.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and a client-first mindset.
- Availability to work part-time including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Basic numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and POS transactions.
- Previous customer-service or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Legal right to work in Hong Kong.
