Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hermès products and brand heritage.
- Assist in visual merchandising to uphold store presentation standards.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain client relationships to foster brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Further education in fashion or business is a plus.
