Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Hermès products to provide informed recommendations.
  • Support the visual merchandising team to ensure the store's presentation aligns with brand standards.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and store profitability.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills

Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Team player with a proactive approach.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail or fashion are a plus.
