Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information.

Qualifications

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is an asset. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or similar customer service role is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education in fashion or related field is a plus.
