Hermès seeks a Retail Sales Apprentice in Stuttgart for a full-time apprenticeship contract starting 1 September 2027 and lasting 2–3 years, leading to an IHK qualification. The programme covers client advising, product expertise, visual merchandising, stock and merchandise management, and vocational-school studies, with individual guidance and examination preparation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide individual customer advice, build long-term client relationships and guide customers through the entire experience up to purchase.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge and gain insight into Hermès craftsmanship.
- Learn visual merchandising and product presentation in an exclusive retail environment.
- Gain insight into merchandise management, stockroom organization and inventory management.
- Study accounting, retail business administration, and business and social studies through vocational school.
- Become familiar with the store’s varied functions through close support throughout the apprenticeship.
- Prepare for examinations with targeted support.
Qualifications
- Abitur, Fachabitur or an intermediate school-leaving certificate; Abitur is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, willingness to learn and empathy.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, craftsmanship and retail.

Skills
Education
