Hermès – Crans‑Montana: Retail Sales Advisor (full‑time). Represent Hermès collections and deliver personalised luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client warmly and create a personalized, attentive and generous advisory experience.
- Present and educate clients on the breadth of Hermès collections, highlighting materials, finishes and artisanal techniques.
- Advise clients with precision and enthusiasm, proposing harmonious outfits and product pairings tailored to individual lifestyles.
- Drive sales across all categories while integrating a seamless omnichannel approach.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections, launches and trends through regular training.
- Collaborate with and support colleagues to ensure a consistent and elevated client experience and collective store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in high‑end or luxury retail.
- Deep product and materials culture with the ability to operate fluidly across several métiers.
- Fluent communication in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong active listening, adaptability and client-focused interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, commercial agility and comfort using digital retail tools.
- Team‑oriented mindset with meticulous attention to service and detail.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail demonstrating consistent client advisory performance and sales delivery.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail, visual merchandising or luxury goods preferred.
