Hermès — Paris: Retail Performance & Service Apprentice (apprenticeship) supporting 16 boutiques; apprenticeship starts Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain recurring reporting and ad-hoc analyses to monitor network performance indicators (e.g., Match-to-Traffic, métier-level dashboards).
- Develop processes and tools to collect, aggregate and synthesise quantitative and qualitative information from 16 owned boutiques.
- Communicate retail KPI evolution and insights to store teams and leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Support the community of store directors during budget construction by creating guidance materials and templates.
- Assist the client data analyst on retail compliance analyses and related control activities.
- Contribute to customer-service–oriented projects and to the animation of the retail management community.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in final year of a business school or engineering school (apprenticeship pathway).
- Availability for an apprenticeship contract starting 1 September 2026 for a 12‑month period.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong service orientation, team spirit, autonomy, rigor and intellectual curiosity.
- Marked aptitude for numbers and analytical thinking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Open to beginners; suitable for students in final year of studies. No prior professional experience required; work placement or retail exposure is a plus.
