Role & Responsibilities

• Help identify and formalize stores’ training needs across operational topics.
• Contribute to the creation of learning materials for different field profiles, including practical guides, tutorials, e-learning modules and short videos.
• Structure training pathways for different groups, including new hires, Back-Office teams and operational managers.
• Help develop SAP rollout training content with project teams and support in-person and remote training sessions.
• Track post-training outcomes, including completion rates and field feedback; identify adoption challenges and propose corrective actions.
• Support the rollout of training tools and materials with identified in-store local trainers, and help train them to provide consistent, autonomous support across the network.
• Maintain the learning-tools library and incorporate field feedback to improve content iteratively.
• Help track store operational roadmaps through updates, follow-ups and consolidation.
• Contribute to developing and monitoring operational excellence KPIs.
• Support the preparation of presentations, summaries and meeting minutes.
• Participate in scoping, testing and deploying tools or process projects, notably Smart Ops and SAP.
• Help coordinate internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, Finance, Communications and sales teams.
• Support operational preparations for real-estate projects, including openings, renovations and pop-ups.
• Help process and qualify requests from the retail network.
• Help document and update processes and management rules.
• Analyze recurring requests to inform continuous improvement of processes and training content.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree, ideally specializing in project management, retail or training.
• Demonstrates rigor, organizational skills and adaptability when working with varied stakeholders.
• Has strong writing and teaching skills, and enjoys working in the field.
• Can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
