Hermès seeks Retail Operations Officer in Brussels to coordinate regional operations across Benelux & Nordics stores, driving excellence and transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure stores sustain the SmartOps back-of-house transformation model and Retail Excellence standards across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Deploy regional projects across stores with full change management, training, communication, and post-launch support
- Lead the deployment of new retail tools, systems, and services in collaboration with regional and central teams
- Lead and coordinate the Sales & Service Support community on after-sales tools and processes, acting as a key contact for stores on specific cases
- Develop and coordinate local repairer networks across markets and manage after-sales certification
- Drive a KPI-oriented mindset by monitoring operational performance, quality, and customer service metrics across the region
- Identify improvement opportunities through operational diagnostics and root-cause analysis, implementing measurable action plans
- Standardize and share best practices across stores and markets to drive continuous operational improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university degree
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations, store environment, Supply Chain, or similar operational role in an international or multi-market organization
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously
- Strong customer service mindset with focus on delivering high operational standards and exceptional client experience
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate operational needs
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across different teams, functions, markets, and organizational levels
- Fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus

Experience
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations, in-store management, Supply Chain, or similar operational environment. Experience in an international or multi-market organization is strongly preferred.
Education
Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university degree.
