6-month retail operations internship at Hermès Parfum & Beauté in Paris. Support sales analysis, data reporting, and in-store coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track daily performance metrics across retail locations and prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries using Cognos and Power BI
- Consolidate and analyze multi-channel retailer databases using Excel, including quantitative-qualitative analysis by store, axis, and product line
- Build and optimize performance tracking files and monitor product launches and competitive activity
- Coordinate team scheduling and manage uniform and loyalty gift procurement for department store spaces
- Maintain and update operational documentation and CEGID software systems
- Provide daily administrative support including mail handling and event coordination
- Assist with in-store activations, events, training sessions, and ambassador meetings at Hermès locations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Business School, IAE, University program, or equivalent
- Prior 6-month internship experience in sales, analysis, or retail direction strongly preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication in French
- Demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities with product sensitivity

First 6-month internship experience strongly preferred, ideally in a similar retail sales analysis or operational support function within a commercial retail direction.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Business School (École de Commerce), IAE, University, or equivalent program.
