Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store replenishment before opening and during trading hours to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Perform core logistics operations: goods reception, storage, picking, system stock movements, product labelling and returns processing.
  • Monitor and report stock discrepancies; support ad hoc stock investigations and reconciliations.
  • Restore items handled by clients back to sales stock and maintain showroom availability.
  • Provide cross‑category logistical support across leather, fashion, watches/jewellery, accessories and beauty as required.
  • Act as a logistics partner to the Sales teams, prioritising service and responsiveness to support client interactions.
  • Maintain and optimise storage zones, propose improvements and drive 5S organisation within the assigned area.
  • Follow through on operational projects in the zone and participate proactively in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable ability to perform manual handling and frequent movement of goods; physically fit for repetitive lifting and walking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client service orientation and responsiveness to sales needs.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and adaptability across product categories.
  • Proficiency with retail IT tools — specifically Cegid and Microsoft Excel — and comfortable with electronic stock movements.
  • Professional presentation consistent with store dress code and high standards of store hygiene.

Experience
