Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in delivering exemplary client service, including greeting clients, assisting with product selections and facilitating in-store appointments.
- Maintain floor standards: merchandise replenishment, visual merchandising upkeep, stockroom organisation and timely replenishment of displays.
- Assist with inventory processes: receiving deliveries, tagging, stock counts and basic stock reconciliation under manager supervision.
- Operate point-of-sale systems for transactions and returns; accurately process paperwork and maintain client records as required.
- Contribute to VIP clienteling activities and store events by preparing communications, following up on enquiries and assisting during special appointments.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, calendar coordination, and preparing sales reports or daily cash reconciliations as requested.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from tertiary education (commerce, fashion, retail management or related fields) or equivalent vocational training.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury retail and fashion; a professional, service-oriented demeanour.
- Right to work in Hong Kong required.
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays; reliable punctuality and strong work ethic.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred; prior internship or part-time role in luxury fashion or premium retail is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma and current enrolment in or recent completion of tertiary education (preferred fields: business, fashion, retail management) — vocational qualifications acceptable.
