LG — Retail Intern (part-time) in Hong Kong: support boutique operations, client service and merchandising at a luxury fashion boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day boutique operations including client welcome, dressing-room assistance and point-of-sale transactions under supervision.
  • Assist client advisors with clienteling activities: appointment preparation, follow-up communications and basic CRM data entry.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation tasks, including replenishment, window setup and on-floor styling.
  • Participate in inventory handling: stock receiving, tagging, ticketing and cycle counts.
  • Provide administrative support for events, private client appointments and sales reporting; maintain boutique housekeeping and product displays.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in fashion, business, marketing or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation and professional presentation.
  • Highly organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by a part-time schedule.
  • Language skills (English mandatory; Cantonese or Mandarin advantageous) are a plus.
