Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotations across multiple retail and store operations departments
- Conduct research and analysis to support departmental objectives and strategic initiatives
- Contribute meaningfully to on-going projects, offering innovative perspectives and solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams to drive operational excellence and best practices
- Attend comprehensive training sessions, professional workshops, and one-on-one mentorship meetings
- Present learnings, insights, and key outcomes at the conclusion of each rotation period
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- UAE National status with valid family book (mandatory)
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development

- 0–2 years of professional experience acceptable
