Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Retail Concept projects from brief through to final validation, defining requirements and coordinating all project phases with RDAI and internal stakeholders.
- Develop, document and maintain the Retail Bible and user guidelines to ensure consistent in-store presentation and customer experience across product categories and geographies.
- Support Subsidiaries, Real Estate and VM teams in implementing new Retail Concepts for store openings and renovations, and monitor Minor Works requests in collaboration with Real Estate.
- Define needs for PLV (display props) and sales/service support tools; brief external designers, oversee design iterations (sketches, 3D, material boards), and supervise prototype production and technical specifications.
- Partner with Procurement to prepare RFQs, evaluate suppliers, and track production to ensure on-time, high-quality rollouts across the store network.
- Champion cross-functional alignment by working with VM Guidelines & Training, Customer Experience and Métiers; promote new concepts through internal communication, store visits and training.
- Integrate CSR and eco-design principles into concept and PLV development (material selection, virtual prototyping) and continually monitor retail design trends, materials and production techniques.
- Source and develop a pool of external partners (designers, retail agencies, suppliers) to ensure capacity, quality and responsiveness for parallel projects.
Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Architecture, Environmental Design or equivalent from a recognized school (examples: ENSA Paris, ESAG Penninghen, École Boulle, ENSAAMA, Camondo).
- Minimum 6 years' experience managing visual merchandising, retail design or interior architecture projects for customer-facing retail environments.
- Proven project management experience coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver design solutions at retail scale.
- Strong retail culture with a customer-centric approach and the ability to translate brand positioning into physical store experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and the ability to engage and mobilise global VM and Real Estate communities.

Experience
At least 6 years of professional experience delivering visual merchandising or interior architecture projects within the retail sector, including management of external designers/suppliers, prototyping and global rollouts.
Education
Degree in Interior Architecture, Environmental Design or equivalent (examples: ENSA Paris, ESAG Penninghen, École de Condé, École Boulle, ENSAAMA, Camondo) or comparable professional training.
