Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer reception and service support
- Assist with goods receiving, delivery documentation verification, and merchandise labeling
- Provide packaging assistance at checkout
- Support shipment preparation and dispatch
- Replenish packaging materials in the sales area
- Execute general sales-support duties
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university
- Willing to work Saturdays and at least one additional weekday
- Available for 20+ hours weekly during lecture-free periods
- Prior experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages advantageous
- Strong sense of responsibility and structured working approach
