Hermès Sellier — Le Pré‑Saint‑Gervais: Recruitment Specialist (fixed‑term) to coordinate end‑to‑end hiring across the division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the division’s recruitment plan for permanent, fixed‑term and temporary hires in close collaboration with the HR team.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements: detailed job descriptions, reporting lines, scope, contract type, salary band and competency criteria.
- Source, screen and interview candidates; present well‑qualified shortlists and recommended hiring approaches to operational stakeholders.
- Oversee onboarding logistics and ensure legal, administrative and practical conditions for new hires are completed with relevant internal interlocutors.
- Produce quantitative and qualitative recruitment reporting to monitor progress and inform continuous improvement of hiring processes.
- Manage relationships with external providers, notably temporary staffing agencies, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, business school or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum two years’ professional experience in full‑cycle recruitment within a sizeable, developing organisation.
- Proven ability to define hiring needs end‑to‑end and to deliver rigorous quantitative and qualitative post‑recruitment reporting.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail, autonomy and a client‑service mindset.

Experience
Minimum two years’ hands‑on recruitment experience in a sizable company, with responsibility for end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple business areas.
Education
Master’s degree in Human Resources, business school diploma or equivalent.
Workplace
