Role & Responsibilities
- Independently manage recruitment of internship candidates across secondary, upper secondary, and higher education levels
- Support apprenticeship recruitment campaigns through job posting, candidate screening, and telephone pre-selections
- Coordinate permanent and fixed-term recruitment activities, including job brief capture, job description drafting, ATS posting, and candidate filtering across multiple platforms
- Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews and support hiring managers throughout the interview process
- Generate interview summaries and candidate assessments
- Source and identify potential candidates on LinkedIn and candidate databases
- Participate in employer brand deployment initiatives and candidate experience improvements
- Develop partnerships with regional schools and textile-specialist educational institutions
- Monitor local recruitment events and identify new school partner opportunities
- Support recruitment events, campus forums, and presentations
- Organize integration ceremonies for apprentices, including onboarding and offboarding rituals
- Undertake additional cross-functional HR projects as priorities and performance permit
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher qualification (BAC+4/5 level) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Comfortable with information systems and ideally experienced with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-directed and proactive work approach
- Tenacious and results-oriented mindset

Student pursuing a degree at BAC+4/5 level (bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
