Hermès Services Groupe in Pantin seeks a Real Estate Project Manager (Apprenticeship) — full‑time alternance starting Sep 2026, 12‑month contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot multiple refurbishment, adaptation and fit‑out operations on occupied tertiary buildings in the Paris/Pantin area, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, safety and budget requirements.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (security, maintenance, logistics) and external partners (architects, engineering consultants, contractors) throughout study and execution phases.
- Support internal clients in defining needs for creation, extension, modification or workplace reconfiguration and ensure requirements are captured across studies and works.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules and regular progress reporting to the Project Manager and Director of Real Estate Projects.
- Attend site meetings, perform follow‑ups on work progress and ensure compliance with HSE rules and on‑site safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Engineering student (generalist or construction) at Bac+4/5 level enrolled in an apprenticeship programme.
- Available for a full‑time alternance starting September 2026 for a 12‑month contract.
- Flexible, responsive and rigorous with a strong client‑service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience
Open to beginners and students; prior internships or first experiences in construction project management, fit‑out or building refurbishment are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Engineering student (Bac+4/5) in general engineering or construction disciplines, enrolled in an apprenticeship/alternance programme.
