Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and arbitrate the operational delivery of real estate projects (stores, production sites and offices), ensuring adherence to group quality, timeline and budgetary criteria.
  • Plan and coordinate projects, suppliers and resources; establish project schedules, monitor progress and enforce performance standards.
  • Support and advise local subsidiaries on construction, renovation and extension projects, providing guidance on procurement, technical execution and cost control.
  • Transfer expertise to subsidiaries through training, best‑practice definition, supplier sourcing and maintenance of a project cost database.
  • Animate and evaluate the internal network of local relays and external partners; define good practices and organise regular exchanges to improve project performance.
  • Coordinate with DIG specialist teams (Assets & Development, Responsible Real Estate) to integrate site selection, sustainability, aesthetics and innovation into project scope.
  • Manage multidisciplinary and international external teams and stakeholders; make decisive, diplomatically framed decisions under project constraints.
  • Undertake regular travel in France and internationally as required by project activity.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or architecture, with a focus on execution and/or design.
  • 7–10 years' relevant professional experience in a multidisciplinary engineering firm, construction company, architecture office or equivalent owner‑representation role.
  • Fluent professional English; international project experience is an advantage.
  • Proven capability to plan and deliver complex construction or renovation projects within strict quality, time and budgetary constraints.
  • Demonstrated leadership of external multidisciplinary teams and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Autocad, Sketch up and the Pack Office suite.
  • Rigour, anticipation, responsiveness, service orientation and diplomatic decision‑making.

Experience
