- Strengthen real estate activity management by identifying key data to track, conducting market studies, and performing financial modeling for lease negotiations or acquisitions.
- Facilitate coordination with other departments managing building-related data.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business or engineering school or equivalent.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, with Power BI being essential.
- Excellent knowledge in data collection, management, and analysis.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, confidentiality, teamwork, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- Interest in the real estate sector and project management.
