Hermès International seeks a Real Estate Administrative Coordinator in Paris, France to support real estate operations, invoicing and insurance coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Real Estate Operations Directorate (mail, filing, contractual documentation, Credit Safe checks, archiving).
  • Create, manage and monitor purchase orders, invoices and supplier records within the MEO tool.
  • Track and reconcile project costs and billings for construction, renovation and fit-out operations across asset classes (offices, production sites, stores, logistics).
  • Act as the interface between internal stakeholders (operations delegates, clients, management control, accounting, AMO) to ensure information flow and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate insurance dossiers and follow up with insurers and internal risk teams.
  • Monitor project progress, report significant quantitative or qualitative variances and alert management to risks.
  • Support delegation of real estate operations and participate in cross-functional projects and deployment of new Directorate tools and processes.
  • Recommend measures to professionalize the function and ensure conformity with internal procedures and governance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in construction/works assistance or insurance administration supporting real estate projects.
  • Experience within a real estate, facilities or construction environment is strongly valued.
  • Demonstrated organisational rigor, adaptability and capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strict respect for confidentiality.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude to process improvement.

Experience

Minimum six years of progressive experience providing administrative and technical support to construction, renovation or property management projects, including invoice and supplier management, cost follow-up and insurance coordination.

Education

Secondary education plus a technical diploma (BTS/DUT) or bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, construction management, facility administration or equivalent professional qualification.
