Hermès is seeking a Raw Materials Supply Assistant intern for its Footwear business in the Women’s Division in Pantin. The six-month full-time internship starts in February 2027 and supports stock accuracy, leather and textile procurement, supplier follow-up, process optimisation and logistics coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Help verify consistency between logistics provider stock records and the ERP.
- Help identify surplus and damaged metal components at manufacturers.
- Help organise the return flow of metal components to the logistics platform.
- Support tracking orders for leather and textile components with tanneries and manufacturers.
- Update tracking files and send delivery schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers when received orders differ from collection requirements.
- Help collect material consumption data from price sheets.
- Identify surplus textile components and organise their reuse in new collections.
- Track finished-product receipt discrepancies and help resolve them with the production team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree at an engineering or business school, or a university programme, specialising in Supply Chain, Logistics or an equivalent field.
- Rigorous and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities methodically.
- Able to communicate with a range of contacts, including suppliers, internal teams and logistics providers.
- Proficient in Excel and curious about tools such as Power Query or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
