Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Contract Quality Tools & Data Project Manager (CDD, 12 months) to lead QMS, BI and data governance initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational contact for quality teams regarding process- and system-related blockages; liaise with IT (DSI) and stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution.
  • Collect, consolidate and prioritise tool and BI enhancement requests; support requesters to formalise needs (scope, objectives, expected gains, risks, planning, budget) and propose value-versus-cost trade-offs.
  • Coordinate and drive tool- and BI-improvement projects end-to-end: planning, governance, detailed requirements, functional validation, user acceptance testing, change management and phased deployments.
  • Act as the single referent for existing Quality BI reports: maintain report catalogue, coordinate BI development and incident handling with DSI/BI teams and produce ad-hoc reports upon validated request.
  • Oversee document and data governance in the QMS and GED: monitor document lifecycles, manage tool access reviews, and ensure data freshness, completeness and coherence.
  • Create and animate a network of local 'quality tool/BI' referents across quality teams; organise recurring meetings to share tool evolutions, best practices and user feedback.
  • Deliver or organise biannual training for new quality users and provide ongoing on-the-ground support to operational teams.
  • Represent the Quality Directorate within the division's Master Data community: share practices, promote quality-related topics and contribute to cross-functional master-data projects.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the deployment or rollout of IT/data tools (project or BAU contexts).
  • Proven rigour, strong analytical aptitude and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
  • Solid experience with BI reporting and data governance; demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Excellent written synthesis and communication skills; proven ability to run workshops, animate networks and train end users.
  • Strong service orientation, humility, active listening and a taste for operational, field-level support.
  • Collaborative team player with curiosity about product data and the capacity to convey its meaning to stakeholders.

Experience
