HERMES SELLIER — Quality Projects & Processes Manager (contract) in Pantin: lead quality transformation, tools and process improvements (fixed‑term, 7 months).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality transformation projects in collaboration with IT/DSI, KU and cross‑functional stakeholders: planning, governance, budget control, requirements specification, functional validation, testing, change management and deployment.
- Act as the primary business contact for quality tools (including the evolving QMS), define evolution priorities and ensure tool stability and interoperability with other HMS systems.
- Formalise and optimise target processes with business referents (BPMN modelling, Signavio) and deploy standard operating procedures across quality poles.
- Supervise and coordinate external project resources (consultants) and ensure effective knowledge transfer to project teams, Tool & Data PM and operational users.
- Represent quality in group and site-level programmes (ERP upstream - Jumping, NeoFab/MES, OPH-MS planning, Digital Continuity), ensuring requirements and traceability are preserved end-to-end.
- Define and contribute to the roadmap for quality transformation, prioritising projects that improve traceability, regulatory compliance, service rates and material optimisation.
- Provide operational support and close collaboration with quality teams, logistics, manufacturing and suppliers; travel to supplier sites, logistics hubs and maroquineries as required.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Minimum 6 years' professional experience in IT tool deployment, digital transformation or quality/industrial contexts.
- Proven experience as Key User / business owner or IT project lead, including vendor/consultant management.
- Strong knowledge of process modelling and tooling (BPMN, Signavio) and of QMS concepts.
- Industrial mindset with experience in quality, manufacturing or supply‑chain environments and strong stakeholder management skills.

At least 6 years of experience in IT deployments or transformation projects, with hands‑on participation as Key User or business owner, proven project management of IT/quality initiatives and experience supervising consultants.
