Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Quality Project & Supplier Relations Intern (6-month internship, full-time) starting Sep 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and update quality processes for stone handling: consignment replacements, return flows and quality calibration procedures.
- Support preparation and drafting of supplier specifications and technical briefs.
- Assist in supplier and laboratory engagement: participate in supplier animation, supplier follow-up and laboratory coordination.
- Prepare and maintain monthly supplier quality reporting and performance dashboards.
- Coordinate operational quality activities: schedule and prioritise the controllers' tasks and manage inventories of work-in-progress.
- Monitor calibration and verification of inspection equipment and assist with implementation of calibration plans.
- Initiate quality calibrations with CQ controllers and maintain a defect library (défauthèque).
- Contribute to the supplier maturity grid for self-assessment and capability development.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 / Bac+5 program in an engineering school or business school.
- Familiarity with problem-solving and quality methodologies (8D, AMDEC/FMEA, 5P, QQOQCCP).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clear process documentation and reports.
- Team-oriented, adaptable and proactive with an aptitude for operational coordination.
- Good command of English.
