Hermès Sellier in Pierre‑Bénite seeks a Quality Engineer Apprentice for a 12‑month apprenticeship in textile quality (silk & cashmere).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and execute operational quality improvement initiatives for silk and cashmere products in coordination with central quality teams and production sites.
- Conduct on‑site observations and product quality analyses to identify non‑conformities and propose corrective actions.
- Follow up on laboratory tests and trials for new material supplies and ensure results are documented and acted upon.
- Develop, implement and track supplier quality indicators to animate supplier performance and continuous improvement.
- Interface regularly with laboratory, logistics, production and supplier teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment on quality topics.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Master 2 (M2) level or engineering degree suitable for a quality/industrial role.
- First experience in production or quality control is desirable but not required; beginners accepted.
- Demonstrated rigor, methodical work habits and strong organizational skills.
- Good product sensibility and ability to work collaboratively within a small, multidisciplinary team.

Education
Master 2 level or equivalent engineering degree (or current enrolment in such a programme).
