Role & Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the materials and finished product quality strategy in alignment with the Jewelry métier's industrial strategy, building collective ownership across all teams
- Integrate quality as a structuring requirement throughout product development, industrialization, and production launch phases while maintaining decision-making rigor
- Guarantee overall production quality performance, establish priorities, arbitrate quality challenges, and drive continuous performance improvement in a rapidly evolving environment
- Lead and structure an autonomous partner network—define expectations, implement progression conditions, and conduct maturity development for all supply chain partners
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and risk analysis culture; develop anticipatory capabilities within teams
- Build and develop the quality team—accompany managers' professional growth, establish quality as a cross-functional dimension, manage the quality budget, and ensure internal and external information dissemination
Qualifications
- Master's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or equivalent university program
- Minimum 10 years of confirmed experience in a similar Quality Director position
- Proven success implementing Quality Assurance systems and deep knowledge of quality management tools
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute quality strategy concretely and adapt to diverse operational contexts
- Confirmed management experience with demonstrated capability to mentor and develop managers
- Strong capacity to work cross-functionally and collaborate with varied stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years in a Quality Director or equivalent senior quality leadership role. Experience in jewelry, watchmaking, or luxury manufacturing sectors is highly desirable. Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing quality systems and building high-performing quality organizations.
Education
Master's degree (BAC+5 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as engineering or applied sciences.
