Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and refine technical inspection specification sheets for metallic components, incorporating technical drawings, product specifications, risk analysis results, and operational feedback
  • Document and formalize best-practice quality control procedures through written protocols, video tutorials, and other training materials to support onboarding of new team members
  • Clarify and standardize quality criteria across metallic materials used in production
  • Organize and facilitate meetings of the jewelry reference network to share expertise and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in a technical discipline
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and VBA
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation
