Hermès Quality Assurance Intern – 6-month role in Pantin, France. Support quality teams in product qualification, testing, and audit processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Qualify new products by participating in risk analysis and quality testing protocols
- Consolidate and synthesize test results to support management decision-making
- Formalize and optimize audit procedures, develop and maintain quality control specifications, and coordinate the craft-specific quality network
- Analyze warranty claims and customer returns data, proposing corrective actions to reduce defect rates
- Build and maintain quality reporting dashboards, tracking and updating key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university degree program
- Seeking a six-month accredited internship as part of a gap year or final-year project
- Sensitivity to design aesthetics and material craftsmanship, with desire to develop analytical and proactive capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across internal production sites, suppliers, and service providers
