Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Quality Assurance Engineer (contract) responsible for quality systems, project QA and supplier assurance for Maison H.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain, structure and update quality system documentation (procedures, instructions, records, processes) and assess their relevance and correct application.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct process reviews and pilot monthly key performance indicators with consolidated reporting for each process.
- Lead and animate continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA); provide methodological support to operational teams and promote a culture of quality internally and with external partners.
- Participate in project reviews and author, implement and follow up Project Quality Assurance Plans (PAQP).
- Define quality requirements in specifications, prepare control plans and control ranges, and maintain Product and Process FMEAs (AMDEC Produit et Process).
- Define surveillance and inspection plans; support suppliers, subcontractors and DERET during preseries and production start‑ups to secure first‑pass conformity.
- Conduct supplier and subcontractor quality audits; participate in supplier selection/awarding meetings and deploy improvement or risk‑mitigation plans.
- Contribute to the Supplier Quality Assurance Manual and identify system improvements to guarantee conformity from initial production runs.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Bac+5) or Master’s with specialization in Quality Management.
- Minimum seven years’ professional experience in production quality, development quality and/or supplier quality assurance.
- Proven autonomy and mastery of quality management tools and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Demonstrated competence in audit techniques and supplier assessment.
- Solid project management skills and experience supporting production start‑ups.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently to supplier sites and production facilities.

Experience
At least 7 years of hands‑on experience in quality within production, product development and/or supplier assurance, including audits, FMEA/AMDEC and project quality planning.
Education
Engineering degree (Bac+5) or Master’s with specialization in Quality Management.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
