Role & Responsibilities
- Update and standardise reception inspection report templates and control plans to reflect internal, client and supplier requirements.
- Harmonise reception documentation to ensure consistency and ease of use by operational teams.
- Lead and support a 5S improvement project in the reception area: conduct initial 5S audit, implement sorting, organisation, cleaning and standard maintenance, and install visual standards (signage, markings, supports).
- Track project KPIs and report progress to the Quality Manager.
- Refresh and standardise production inspection sheets used on the shop floor; integrate operator and technician feedback and verify conformity with production and quality criteria.
- Draft and structure a regional Quality procedure (PIF) for the Ile‑de‑France hub; produce associated forms, checklists and work instructions and participate in field deployment.
- Inventory and harmonise Master samples across reception, production and quality control: identify duplicates/obsolete samples, standardise formats and classifications, align with product specifications, and create a register or database with durable storage proposals.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality principles and methodologies relevant to production environments.
- Proficient use of Excel and Word; comfortable with document management tools.
- Familiarity with 5S methodology and workplace organisation tools.
- Capacity to analyse, structure and harmonise technical documents and physical samples.
- Rigour, strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with shop‑floor teams.
- Curiosity, autonomy, analytical mindset and ability to propose practical improvements.

Experience
Beginners accepted; suitable for candidates with limited professional experience. The position is designed for a student in an apprenticeship programme who wishes to gain hands‑on experience in quality within a production/reception environment.
Education
Enrolled in a vocational or higher education programme (BTS/DUT/Professional Bachelor or equivalent) in quality, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline.
